Workshops in this category focus on self-reflection. In order to lead others, it’s critical to have a good level of self-awareness and understanding of how you work, what your unique value is and how you can be at your best. Each of these workshops will allow participants to learn more about themselves with a view to becoming more effective in their roles as leaders, with or without people management responsibilities.

  • Discovering your values:
    This workshop allows participants to explore what matters to them most and how they can find meaning and purpose in what they do. In this session participants will:

    • Identify their core values and how they manifest themselves at work

    • Explore how their values align to their role and their organisation

    • Consider how to create better values alignment between personal values and their work
       

  • Discovering your strengths*:
    This workshop allows participants to explore their strengths and how they can make the most of them for success in their roles. In this session participants will:

    • Identify their key strengths and how they manifest themselves at work

    • Explore what hidden strengths they might have and how they could develop them further

    • Identify barriers to success and how to reduce them

  • Discovering your brand:
    This workshop gives participants the opportunity to consider what footprint they leave behind in their interactions with others. In this session participants will:

    • Define the term personal brand and address myths and misconceptions surrounding it

    • Reflect on their own personal brand, considering the factors that contribute towards it

    • Identify opportunities to develop their personal brand with intention and impact

  • Discovering your career balance:
    This workshop helps participants to consider their relationship with work and how they can be successful on a sustainable basis. In this session participants will:

    • Identify your personal priorities and professional commitments

    • Explore the extent to which your current working practices are sustainable

    • Identify strategies for more sustainable balanced work-life integration 
       

  • Discovering your time:
    This workshop allows participants to explore ways to manage their time, energy and workload more effectively. In this session participants will:

    • Explore your personal energy levels and consider how to use them to your advantage

    • Use a range of techniques to prioritise tasks effectively

    • Identify strategies to reduce distractions and procrastination
       

  • Managing your wellbeing and mental health:
    This workshop gives participants a chance to reflect on their overall wellbeing and mental health. In this session, participants will:

    • Identify key factors affecting wellbeing and mental health

    • Reflect on their personal wellbeing and mental health in these different areas

    • Identify manageable and sustainable actions to maintain and improve wellbeing and mental health.
