Coaching is a life-changing skill, both for the coach and the people they coach. I offer a programme which introduces leaders to the skills they need in order get the best out of their people through coaching.
This isn’t an accredited programme, so won’t be right for anyone wanting to become a full-time coach, but it will give participants a comprehensive introduction to coaching and plenty of opportunity to practice and hone these skills and take them back to their teams to create a coaching culture in your workplace.
